google.cloud.iap connection

The documentation for the connection plugin, google.cloud.iap, was malformed.

The errors were:

• 1 validation error for PluginDocSchema
  doc -> options -> scp_if_ssh

File a bug with the google.cloud collection in order to have it corrected.
